Verse Of The Day - ISAIAH 60:1

Image
Reflection on Isaiah 60:1 "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you."  — Isaiah 60:1 This verse is a call to rise above fear, doubt, and anything that holds us back because  God’s light has already come into our lives.  His presence brings transformation, hope, and purpose. No matter what darkness we may have faced in the past,  God’s glory shines upon us, calling us to step forward in faith. To "arise" means to  stand up with courage, shake off discouragement, and walk in the identity God has given us. When we allow God’s light to shine through us, we reflect His love, joy, and grace to those around us. Even in difficult seasons, His presence is with us, guiding and strengthening us. How Can We Apply This Verse to Our Lives? Step into God’s Purpose  – Don’t let fear or past failures hold you back. Trust that God has a plan for your life, and He is calling you to move forward with faith. Reflect God’s Light ...

Verse Of The Day - REVELATION 21:5

Reflection on Revelation 21:5 "He who was seated on the throne said, ‘I am making everything new!’ Then he said, ‘Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.’”  — Revelation 21:5 There are moments in life when we feel stuck—whether in past mistakes, heartbreak, disappointments, or seasons of waiting that seem to have no end. But in this powerful verse,  God declares that He is making all things new.  This isn’t just a promise for the future, but a truth we can hold onto right now.  No matter where we are or what we’ve been through, God is working to renew and restore. Think about nature—how the trees shed their leaves in autumn, endure the stillness of winter, and then bloom again in spring.  God’s renewal is the same.  Just because you don’t see change right away doesn’t mean He’s not working. Sometimes, He is healing things deep within us before we can see the outward transformation. Maybe you’re facing a difficult season, wondering if thin...

Verse Of The Day - 1 Peter 5:7

Image
Reflection on 1 Peter 5:7 In 1 Peter 5:7, we are reminded of a powerful truth: God cares deeply for us, and He doesn’t want us to carry the weight of anxiety and overthinking on our own. When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to get caught up in our worries, constantly replaying scenarios in our minds, and wondering what the future holds. But this verse encourages us to stop overthinking and to trust in God’s care for us. Overthinking can steal our peace, leaving us trapped in a cycle of fear, doubt, and stress. But God offers us a different way—He invites us to release our burdens to Him. When we pray and cast our anxieties on God, we open ourselves to His peace that surpasses all understanding. This peace doesn’t come from knowing all the answers, but from trusting that He is in control and that He cares for every detail of our lives. How We Can Apply This Verse to Our Lives: Letting Go of Worry:   When you're facing a difficult decision or uncertain situation, instead of...

Sometimes, God will use your Weakness to Reveal your Strength

Image
FAITH     Sometimes, God will use your Weakness to Reveal your Strength You are created and molded with beauty and purpose in this world. God designed you as a person made of His love and grace. He made you out of His image and has blessed you countless times. Yet, despite your beauty, you are also created with limitations. Such limitations sometimes make you question whether you can make the most of your life. It’s where self-pity and envy are born. That is because the standards of this world are only made for those who worship it. But you are different. Your flaws and weaknesses are built with you. It is not to reveal your vulnerable side but it’s His way of showing you that you are made more robust and better than the eyes of this world.  Accept who you are and what you are now. It will not always be easy but know that it leads to a better version of you. Once you learn to accept who you are, forgive all your traumas, and acknowledge your limitations, peace will soon f...
