Reflection on Matthew 9:29

Faith Unlocks God’s Power "Because of your faith, it will happen."  – Matthew 9:29 Faith is the key that unlocks the power of God in our lives. In Matthew 9, Jesus spoke these words to two blind men who came to Him for healing. They believed that He had the power to restore their sight, and because of their faith, they received their miracle. This verse is a reminder that God moves in response to our faith. It’s not about how big our faith is, but about whom our faith is in. When we trust God, even in the face of uncertainty, we open the door for Him to work in ways beyond what we can imagine. Maybe you’re waiting on God for a breakthrough, a healing, or an answered prayer. Keep believing. Even when things don’t make sense, trust that He is faithful. What seems impossible to you is possible with God. As you walk in faith, expect Him to show up and move in your life. Heavenly Father, Thank You for reminding me that faith makes all things possible. Help me to trust You,...

Verse Of The Day - ISAIAH 43:16-19

A Reflection on Isaiah 43:16-19 Life often brings us to places where we feel trapped—situations that seem impossible, challenges that appear too great to overcome. In these moments, doubt can creep in, and we may wonder if there’s any way forward. But Isaiah 43:16-19 reminds us that God is a way-maker, a miracle-worker who specializes in doing the impossible. This passage begins by recalling God's mighty work in delivering Israel through the Red Sea. When the Israelites stood before the waters with the Egyptian army closing in behind them, they saw no escape. But God made a way where there was no way—He parted the sea, allowing them to cross on dry ground. Then, God shifts our focus:  “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!”  (v. 18-19). While it’s important to remember God’s faithfulness in the past, He calls us to look forward. He is always at work, bringing fresh provision, new opportunities, and unexpected solutions. Even in the wi...

Verse Of The Day - JAMES 5:8

Image
Reflection on James 5:8 This verse is a beautiful reminder to remain patient and hopeful, even when life feels uncertain or challenging. The world may test our faith, and we may not always see immediate answers to our prayers, but we are called to endure with steadfast hearts. Patience is not just about waiting—it’s about trusting. Trusting that God’s timing is perfect, that His promises are true, and that He is always working behind the scenes for our good. The phrase  “The Lord is coming soon”  reminds us to keep our eyes on eternity. No matter what happens in this world, our hope is secure in Christ, and He will return in His perfect time. Applying This Verse to Daily Life Be Patient in Trials  – Instead of growing frustrated when things don’t happen as quickly as we’d like, we should remember that God’s plans are unfolding in His time. Never Lose Hope  – Even when circumstances seem discouraging, we hold on to God’s promises and continue trusting that He i...
